Vietnamese Leaders Forum Presents; Brunch Fundraiser for Afghan Refugees resettling in Northern California. Enjoy a scrumptious 3-course brunch curated by Top Chef Nelson German of alaMar Kitchen and come together in support of the Afghan refugees resettling in Northern California. Net proceeds will go to 5ive Pillars. Please bring your new and/or gently used winter jackets/ coats for collection to be delivered to 5ive Pillars Center located in Hayward, CA. Special Guest Speaker Zuhal Bahaduri, daughter of an Afghan refugee, humanitarian advocate, community leader, and one of the co-founders of The 5ive Pillars will join us to share her experience, story, and overview of her Statewide/ National refugee resettlement efforts as well as awareness and aid to those still suffering in Afghanistan.
